The registered name is held in Hebrew; the Latin form above is how the company writes it in Latin script. German-language equivalents of this page are the Impressum and the Datenschutzerklärung.
On VAT. The company is resident in Israel and does not hold an EU VAT identification number. For an EU buyer that matters: a shipment from Israel is an import from a third country, not an intra-Community acquisition. Import VAT and any duty arise on entry, and who bears them depends on the delivery terms. We state the applicable terms in every offer rather than leaving them to be discovered.
We are a young company — incorporated in June 2026 — and say so on our methodology page too. A long trading record is not something we can claim yet, and a page implying otherwise would fail its own test.
What this website collects
Shortest version first: no analytics, no tracking cookies, no third-party scripts, no server access logs. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than Google's, so simply reading a page here sends your IP address to nobody at all. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
What is collected is what you type into a form.
The contact form
Name, email address, company, phone (if given), subject and your message, plus the IP address and browser string at the moment of sending.
Why: to answer you, and to block automated abuse of an unauthenticated form. You receive an automatic acknowledgement at the address you gave.
The deal-alerts form
Email address, country (optional) and the categories you selected (optional), plus IP address and browser string.
Why: to send you offers and market notes matching your profile, with your consent. Every message carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately and needs no reason.
The client portal
For clients we send offers to, we hold the contact and trading details needed to do business, the offers themselves and your responses to them.
What we never do
We do not sell personal data, we do not pass it to sellers or to anyone else for marketing, and we do not build profiles for advertising.

Form data is stored on servers inside the European Union. Our own staff access it from Israel, for which the European Commission has issued an adequacy decision — so that access needs no additional transfer safeguards under Article 45 GDPR.
How long we keep it
- Contact enquiries — until the enquiry is closed, and thereafter only where commercial or tax record-keeping requires it.
- Deal-alert sign-ups — until you withdraw. After an unsubscribe we keep the address on a suppression list so that it is not contacted again, and for no other purpose.
- Client records — for the duration of the business relationship plus the statutory retention period.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, or to object to processing we base on legitimate interests. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time with future effect.
A plain email to hanan@sitonai.online is enough — there is no form and no template to use. We reply promptly and in any case within one month. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority in your country.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only; plain HTTP requests are redirected. Access to stored data is limited to named staff and restricted by role. Application pages that carry customer data are excluded from search-engine indexing at the server level.
